For years, Nick Martin has been helping social impact professionals at all stages of their careers find their next roles, connect with each other, and learn about events and opportunities in the space, amassing a following of more than 219,000 followers on LinkedIn.

As a social impact career and leadership coach, cofounder/collaborator Caroline Ouwerkerk works with mission-driven professionals and organizations on five continents to grow and support social impact leaders at all stages of their careers. Since 2022,, she’s been collaborating with Nick to develop resources and share opportunities to support job seekers in the field.

We started Impact Coach to make it easier for talented established and emerging social impact professionals to get connected with the resources, support, and community they need to help them advance their changemaking work.

We believe deeply in the power of the internet to bring great people together, and embrace an iterative approach to everything we do. Impact Coach is our latest initiative to support this community, and we’re excited to keep building.

  • At the bottom of each package description, you’ll see a list of coaches offering that service. Read through their profiles, check out their testimonials, and get to know their approach.

  • Once you’ve found a match, click “book now” on the service listing. Pick your coach from the drop-down menu and click “get started”

  • Finish checking out on the next screen!

3) You’re on your way!

  • You’ll get an automatic confirmation with a pre-session reflection sheet to help you make the most of your time with your coach

  • Your coach will reach out to you within one business day with a scheduling link and any additional next steps. Your first session should be booked within one month of purchase.

  • If you booked a multi-session package, your coach will share details on how to book future sessions at your first meeting
