Eric (he/him) is a climate-tech product manager, ex-BCG consultant, and climate career coach based in Oakland, CA.

He is the founder of Green Career Coach and aspires to help anyone who wants to work on solving climate change, do so. He has given climate career workshops to 100s of professionals, helped dozens of clients transition to mid and senior roles in climate, and has completed the 12 week, 100+ hour Terra.do climate change program.

With a 10 years of experience in consulting and tech, he specializes in working with mid to senior career clients who want to work in high impact climate / climate-tech organizations solving climate change.

As a coach, he takes a blended approach that is reflective, strategic, and results-oriented to help you identify and achieve your goals.
