Julia (she/her) understands your challenges navigating career change in social impact because she's lived it. From experiences in nonprofits, corporate social impact, consulting, and social entrepreneurship, she's been through big and small transitions and knows what it's like to get burnt out in the job search and heal from toxic cultures. Julia's approach to coaching centers around the belief that much more is possible than we can currently imagine. Her practice uses 5 established coaching pathways, empowering questions, playfulness, humor, and deep listening to support clients as they uncover their longings for their career and life and take intentional action towards their biggest goals.
