How it works:

Step 1: Schedule a Free Consultation Call

• Schedule a free 15 minute consultation call with one of the Impact Coach Cofounders, Nick Martin or Caroline Ouwerkerk.

• In this intro session, we will:

  • Discuss your priorities and goals

  • Offer suggestions for maximizing your coaching experience

  • Offer a personalized recommendation to up to three executive coaches from the Impact Coach network who can best support your goals

• TIP: Have a professional development budget you need to spend before the end of the year? You can book a package now and then get started with coaching in the new year. We’ll reach out after you book your package to schedule an in-depth match call and share other next steps at a time that’s convenient for you.

Step 2: Coach Selection

• You’ll review the profiles of the three executive coaches we think are the best fit for you and select the coach you’d like to work with

Step 3: Begin Coaching

• You’ll be connected with your coach, receive your coach’s onboarding materials and begin scheduling your sessions

Step 4: On-going Support

• The Impact Coach team will check in with you periodically to ensure your satisfaction with your match, and offer suggestions to support your progress.

  • Our coaches are carefully selected for their skill, but if you are not satisfied with your coach, we will re-match you with a new coach to ensure you get the best fit for your needs.

• As a client of Impact Coach, you’ll also be invited to monthly online workshops and networking events throughout the duration of your coaching engagement to further support your growth as a social impact leader.
