Expert guidance to help you get clear on your priorities, identify next steps, and develop a strategy to land your next role.

We’ll kick-off with a 45 minute intro session with one of the cofounders of Impact Coach. In this session, we’ll explore your priorities and goals, offer suggestions for maximizing your coaching experience, and make a personalized recommendation to the Impact Coach who can best support your needs.

Then you’ll have three targeted coaching sessions with an expert coach on the topics most relevant to your search, such as:

• Identifying your career direction

• Creating stand-out application materials (cover letter, LinkedIn, Resume)

• Leveraging LinkedIn for your social impact job search

• Networking strategy

• Interview prep

• Career pivots/experiments

• Pre-session reflection sheet to get clarity on your goals and priorities

• Kick-off 45-minute intro session to explore goals and priorities, get tips on maximizing coaching, and receive a personalized recommendation for the right coach for you

• Three 60-minute sessions focused on the career development topics of your choice

• Recommended action plan after each session with notes, activities, resources and next steps
