We’ll kick-off with a 15 minute match conversation with one of the cofounders of Impact Coach. In this session, we will:

• Discuss your priorities and goals

• Offer suggestions for maximizing your coaching experience

• Offer a personalized recommendation to up to three executive coaches from the Impact Coach network who can best support your goals

Once you choose your coach, you’ll receive your coach’s onboarding materials and begin scheduling your sessions

Impact Coach offers ongoing support to ensure your satisfaction with your match, and offer suggestions to support your progress. Our coaches are carefully selected for their skill, but if you are not satisfied with your coach, we will re-match you with a new coach to ensure you get the best fit for your needs.

What’s included:

• Introductory match call to explore goals and priorities, get tips on maximizing coaching, and receive a personalized recommendation for the right coach for you

• Three, six, or nine months (depending on package chosen) of executive coaching with one of our expert social impact leadership coaches. Clients may meet up to twice per month.

• Ongoing support from the Impact Coach team to ensure your satisfaction and support your growth

• Invitations to monthly online workshops and networking events to build your community and develop your skills
